We're one of a kind>> FRIENDS
They know one another - being in Slytherin house. They have a mutual friend in Lucius, he is cordial, but I would not say Rudolphus is his best friend.

I am cordial but I wouldn't say I scream in delight when I see him. He is just so brutish, and it doesn't help that he makes crude winks and whenever I walk by he makes a grab at my arse. If he wasn't so condescending then he may be an interesting catch.
